Returns
- Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and health and personal care items.
Refunds
- Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds are granted for items not in their original condition, items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges

Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Lost or Damaged Returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
